Assessment of Cluster Landscape in Ireland

Enterprise Ireland is the government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets, working in partnership with Irish enterprises to help them start, grow, innovate and win export sales in global markets. Enterprise Ireland engaged our expertise to guide and support their investment in economic clusters.

What we did

• We completed an assessment of the cluster landscape in Ireland and international competitive benchmarking study to assess sectoral and regional strengths and strategic road map for cluster growth and internationalisation.
• We advised on the design, delivery and evaluation of the Phase 2 Pilot Clustering Programme
• We provided mentoring support to a range of Enterprise Ireland funded Clusters
• We assisted in the evaluation of the Enterprise Ireland Regional Technology Cluster Programme
